Header writing additions

1. Created new class for metadata
2. Edited various functions for saving
3. Made unique IDs for traces
4. Merged saveRef and saveData in MyDaq
5. Separated the save function and writing of data in MyTrace
6. Made new function createFile which checks for existing files and gives overwrite warnings
